Brave teenager loses fight against cancer

Newbury teenager Lee Frame has lost his fight against Hodgkins Disease, Just days after his eighteenth birthday. He had been receiving treatment at Oxford.

Just prior to Christmas, the Lee Frame Golf Day was held at the Donnington Valley Golf Club to raise funds for experimental medication recommended by his consultants.

Lee was a keen golfer and at only 16 years of age he became Donnington Valleys best golfer and 2005 club champion.

Lee passed away in the early hours of Wednesday morning. His parents Bev and John are obviously devastated by their loss.

Hodgkins Disease is a malignant (cancerous) growth of cells in the bodies lymph system.
