HSBC to relocate to Northbrook Street
11th April 2006 12.17pm

HSBC "The Worlds local bank" is to relocate from its present site in Mansion House Street, into a prime position in Northbrook Street.

HSBC have applied for planning permission for change of use from A1(shops) to A2(financial) for 6-12 Northbrook Street, which is part of the Camp Hopson refurbishment.

Extensive modernisation and refurbishment was carried out by HSBC in Mansion House Street, when they took over the old Midland Bank in the late nineties.

The Camp Hopson refurbishment is proceeding on schedule and the current hoardings are expected to be removed on April 24th. The new River Island outlet is scheduled to open on April 29th.
