Fireworks at the Racecourse

The annual firework display at the racecourse promises to be bigger and better than ever this year with £12,500 being spent on pyrotechnics.

Gates will open at 5.30pm where you will be entertained by the Kickfm roadshow until the display starts at approximately 7.30pm.

Tickets can be obtained in advance from:

Tesco Superstore - Pinchington Lane

Newbury Building Society, Newbury and Thatcham.

Tourist Information Centre in the Wharf.

Advance tickets £3.00 each or £4.00 each on the gate. Family tickets £10.00 for 2 adults and 2 children under 16. Children under 5 admitted free.

There will be an indoor bar, Glow in the dark Novelties, Hot Drinks, mouthwatering Burgers and delicious Hot Dogs are all being sold by members of the Lions Club. Free car parking, the East Woodhay Silver Band, the KICK FM Roadshow, a bonfire and a fun fair will add to the evenings enjoyment. The Red Cross will be on hand to help in the event of any minor injury.
