A 19-year-old man who was killed in a car crash in Hermitage on at 2.50am on Saturday (31/7) has been formally identified.
Leo Sean Shepard, of Frilsham near Hermitage, died after a crash on the B4009 involving his black Peugeot 206 and a silver Peugeot 106.
The four teenagers, all from Newbury, who were in the Peugeot 106 were taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading, for treatment.
An 18-year-old suffered serious injuries but is recovering well, a 17-year-old is making a good recovery. The condition of two 16-year-olds also in the car is not known at this time.
