What utter crap!  I suppose the WBC website is part of Newbury's heritage too, perhaps the Tourism officer should arrange visits!

No same scale as it always has been. Just means moving shops from one location to another with a couple of token new shops that as usual will not last too long! Still perhaps we can utilise the south side of town to build more WBC offices to enable them to employ more staff to plan even more destruction of Newbury. WBC Just like a self replicating virus eh?
