Just after 7.00am this morning (7th September), Thames Valley Police executed a warrant in Bartholomew Street Newbury under the Theft Act 1968.

On entering the property a 20-year-old woman was issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice for possession of Class B drugs.

A 20-year-old man from Newbury was arrested on suspicion of burglary.

A 19-year-old man was arrested for breach of bail and breaching his ASBO.

Both men are currently being held in police custody.
