Michaelmas Fair
Held at Northcroft Park, this annual event will
be opened on Wednesday 17th by the Mayor of Newbury
at 6.00pm. The event runs Wednesday thru till
Saturday with a gigantic firework display at 9.00pm
on Friday 19th. An occasion not to be missed. |

Saturday 20th October - Ploughing Match - Strouds Farm, Lambourn.
Organised by the Newbury & Distict Agricultural Society. Come to Strouds Farm at Lambourn, Berkshire, to watch 75 local ploughing champions battle it out for a place in the national championships. As well as enjoying demonstrations of the traditional methods, marvel at the latest multi-furrow ploughing units – or take part in a clay pigeon shoot.
